Pending Work Order Item list

This option displays a list of all the Manufactured/Assembly type of Items for which Work Order quantity is still pending to be received. It does not matter whether a Work Order has been generated for it or not.

If the currently selected Item is the SJO Parent Item, this list will display all the Manufactured/Assembly Parent Items belonging to its CBOM for which Work Order quantity is pending to be received. In case those Parent Items further have any Manufactured/Assembly type of Child Items, this list will display their pending Work Order quantity as well.

If the currently selected Item is a Manufactured/Assembly type of Parent Item within the CBOM, this list will display its Work Order quantity pending to be received. Additionally, if this Parent Item further has any Manufactured/Assembly type of Child Items, this list will also display their Work Order quantity pending to be received.

Please note that Work Order related information is only for your reference purpose. You can not make any changes through this option.

Field Description of Pending Work Order Item list

Depending upon the Item selected, a grid displays a list of Manufactured/Assembly type of Items belonging to the CBOM for which Work Order quantity is pending to be received as shown above -

Field Description of the grid -

Item Code:

Displays the Item Code of the Manufactured/Assembly type of Item.

 

Item Name:

Displays the Name of the Item Code.

 

Position No:

Displays thes Position Number at which the Item is present in the CBOM tree. Zero denotes the SJO Parent Item.

 

Random No.:

Displays the sequence number of the Item in the tree. Here 1 is given to the SJO Parent Item.

 

Child Type:

Displays the Type of the Parent/Child Item as 'Manufactured' or 'Assembly' as the case may be.

 

Pending WO Qty:

Displays the Work Order quantity of the Item that is pending to be received.

Click on 'OK' button to close the this grid and go back to the previous screen.
